我组于1978～1979年进行了对棉酚衍化物——牛磺酸棉酚钠的免疫抑制作用的实验研究,发现该药有较好的免疫抑制作用,且无抑制骨髓的不良反应。实验结果如下。一、牛磺酸棉酚钠对同种异体植皮小鼠皮片存活期的影响:牛磺酸棉酚钠组,小鼠皮片平均存活期为19.81±0.88天,与生理盐水对照组之间有显著差异。硫唑嘌呤组,小鼠皮片平均存活期为22.47±1.69天,与羧甲基纤维素对照组之间也有显著差异,说明牛磷酸棉酚钠与硫唑嘌呤均能延长移植皮片的存活期。
In our group from 1978 to 1979 conducted an experimental study on the immunosuppressive effect of gossypol derivate-sodium gossypol sodium tauride, and found that the drug has good immunosuppressive effect, and does not inhibit bone marrow adverse reactions. The experimental results are as follows.
