班级常规管理是学校各项管理的基础。当前各级各类学校尤其是中小学校学生在每日常规中所表现出的诸多存在问题,正成为日益给学校管理造成压力的突出方面。本文试图从问题的表现、成因等方面进行分析,提供对策。初中是学生整个学习生涯的重要阶段,是学生由心智不成熟逐渐转变为有自己独立思想的分水岭,初中三年中所受到教育和管理制度影响着学生的一生。近年来随着时代和经济的发展,影响学生的因素越来越多,初中班级管理中出现的问题也更多样化。班主任作为班级的主要管理者,如何解决应对这些不利因素就显得尤为重要。本文结合实际班级教学管理中的经验,为班级管理工作提供一些对策分析。 Class management is the basis of the school management. The current problems of various types of schools, especially primary and secondary school students at all levels, that manifest themselves in their daily routine are becoming prominent areas that are increasingly putting pressure on school management. This article tries to analyze and provide countermeasures from the aspects of the performance and cause of the problem. Junior high school is an important stage of a student’s entire study career. It is a watershed in which students gradually change from being immature to having their own independent thoughts. The system of education and management received by junior middle school students affects their life. In recent years, with the development of economy and times, there are more and more factors affecting students, and the problems in junior middle school class management are more diversified. As the chief manager of class, how to deal with these negative factors is particularly important. Based on the experience of practical teaching management, this article provides some countermeasures for class management.
