在竞争日益激烈的今天,一个企业要想长远发展,必须拥有竞争力。而竞争力的创造来源于人才。因此,企业要想拥有竞争力,就必须拥有高素质人才。2007年3月初,指挥部通过考察、研究现在的科研工作,对一些资源进行了重新加工和整合,为的是加快实施新兴工业化进程,进一步整合科技资源。这次重组整合,一方面使工程院得到了一次难得的发展机遇,另一方面也给工程院的发展带来了难度。工程院的发展应立足于解决员工素质、自主创新能力、核心竞争力等的提高上。
In an increasingly competitive today, an enterprise must be competitive if it wants to develop in the long run. The creation of competitiveness comes from talent. Therefore, companies want to have competitiveness, we must have high-quality personnel. In early March 2007, the headquarters investigated and researched the current scientific research work and reprocessed and integrated some resources in order to speed up the implementation of the new industrialization process and further integrate scientific and technological resources. This reorganization and integration, on the one hand, has given the Academy of Engineering a rare opportunity for development, on the other hand, it has also brought difficulties to the development of the Academy of Engineering. The development of the Institute of Engineering should be based on the improvement of staff quality, independent innovation capability and core competitiveness.
