目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对小鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法:采用昆明种小鼠去势,连续3周sc丙酸睾酮5mg·kg-1·d-1,造前列腺增生模型。将模型小鼠分为5组,分别ig 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1的乌鸡白凤丸混悬液,450 mg·kg-1癃闭舒胶囊混悬液和同体积的生理盐水,另设一组空白组给同体积生理盐水;每天给药1次,连续给药30 d。末次给药2 h后处死小鼠,观察乌鸡白凤丸对前列腺增生模型小鼠血清睾酮、雌二醇水平,前列腺指数及前列腺、胸腺组织形态的影响。结果:与前列腺增生模型组比,乌鸡白凤丸9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1剂量可显著降低前列腺增生模型小鼠血清睾酮水平、显著升高血清雌二醇水平,血清睾酮水平及雌二醇水平分别为(2 713.2±1 282.8),(3 767.2±1 044.9),(4 350.2±1 632.9)nmol·L-1及(131.9±36.0),(78.4±34.9),(80.2±26.2)nmol·L-1。乌鸡白凤丸9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1剂量可显著降低模型小鼠前列腺指数,使前列腺增生显著减轻,前列腺腺体密度分别为(5.1±0.4),(4.2±0.3),(6.8±0.4);乌鸡白凤丸9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1剂量可使胸腺显著增厚,淋巴细胞数显著增多。结论:乌鸡白凤丸对丙酸睾酮所致去势小鼠前列腺增生有好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Wuji Baifeng Wan on prostatic hyperplasia in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were ovariectomized for 3 consecutive weeks of testosterone propionate 5 mg · kg-1 · d-1, making a model of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The model mice were divided into five groups, respectively, ig 9,4.5,2.25 g · kg-1 Wuji Baifeng pill suspension, 450 mg · kg-1 癃 closed capsule suspension and the same volume of saline, Another set of blank group to the same volume of saline; administered once a day, continuous administration of 30 d. Mice were sacrificed 2 h after the last administration, and the effects of Wuji Baifeng Wan on serum testosterone, estradiol level, prostate index and the morphology of the prostate and thymus in prostatic hyperplasia model mice were observed. Results: Compared with benign prostatic hyperplasia model group, the doses of 9, 4.5, and 2.25 g · kg-1 of Wuji Baifeng Wan significantly reduced the level of serum testosterone, the serum estradiol level, serum testosterone level, (2 713.2 ± 1 282.8), (3 767.2 ± 1 044.9), (4 350.2 ± 1 632.9) nmol·L-1 and (131.9 ± 36.0), (78.4 ± 34.9) and (80.2 ± 26.2 ) nmol·L-1. At the doses of 9, 4.5 and 2.25 g · kg-1, Wuji Baifeng Pills significantly reduced the prostate index of model mice and significantly reduced the prostatic hyperplasia. The density of prostatic glands were (5.1 ± 0.4), (4.2 ± 0.3) and (6.8 ± 0.4). The doses of 9, 4.5 and 2.25 g · kg-1 of Wuji Baifeng Wan significantly increased thymus and increased the number of lymphocytes. Conclusion: Wuji Baifeng Wan has good therapeutic effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice.
