随着经济的快速发展,企业竞争越来越激烈,尤其处于不确定的商务环境中,企业面对新的挑战和要求,企业的管理也不断转向供应管理模式,加强了与供应链上、下游企业之间的合作关系,有效改善了与供应商的供求关系。实现了对供应链流程的自动优化,有效降低了企业成本,缩短了采购提前期,最终在竞争的激烈的市场环境中占有一席之地。电子采购是企业实现这一目标的主要手段和关键,值得企业加强和重视。本文作者结合工作经验,对企业电子采购模式选择进行分析,就如何有效实施电子采购提出战略性的策略措施,为企业的可持续发展奠定基础。
