Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral micro-hemorrhage (CMB) and cognitive function. Methods CMR positive patients (experimental group, 62 cases) and CMB negative healthy people (control group, 60 cases) were evaluated by Californian Speech Learning Test (CVLT) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) The same day, 6 and 12 months cognitive function. Results The total score of CVLT in the experimental group was (39.02 ± 6.72) points, which was lower than that in the control group (42.88 ± 8.31) (P0.01). The MoCA score in the experimental group was (21.51 ± 3.61) points lower than that in the control group 26.36 ± 3.54) points (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between CMB and CVLT and MoCA scores (r = -0.637 and r = -0.813, P <0.01). Conclusion CMB is closely related to cognitive impairment in patients.
