晋菜3号是山西省农科院蔬菜研究所育成的白菜新品种。1989年准格尔旗马栅乡引入这一品种,经多点试种,表现早熟(全生育期75~80天)、高产(5000~10000公斤/亩)、质优的特性。此外,晋菜3号还具有生长健壮、顶心快、适应性强、耐瘠薄、高抗病毒病和霜霉病的特点。
Jin Cai 3 is a new breed of cabbage bred by Institute of Vegetables, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 1989 Mahjong Township Zhungeerqi introduced this species, after more trial, the performance of premature (the whole growth period of 75 to 80 days), high yield (5000 ~ 10000 kg / acre), high quality characteristics. In addition, Jin Cai 3 also has the characteristics of robust growth, fast top center, strong adaptability, infertility, high resistance to viruses and downy mildew.
