以自然湿地中采集的梭鱼草和美人蕉为试材,在室外模拟条件下研究了这2种湿地植物组合在高浓度畜禽废水条件下的净化作用及植物生理变化。并探讨了该湿地植物组合对废水的净化作用与生物学效应之间的关系。结果表明:该种植物组合对高浓度畜禽废水有较好的净化处理效果:COD、TP、NH3-N分别从1 615~2 364、33~71、115~224mg/L下降到136~280、17~76、0.5~9.0mg/L,均能达标排放。周期结束植物各项生理指标正常,生长状况良好,选用的梭鱼草和美人蕉组合搭配建造人工湿地不仅有良好的景观效果,而且对畜禽废水有较好的净化作用。
In this paper, the mullet and canna collected from natural wetlands were used as materials to study the purification effect and plant physiological changes of the two wetland plant combinations under high concentration of livestock wastewater under simulated conditions. The relationship between the purification of wastewater and the biological effects of the wetland plant assemblage was also discussed. The results showed that the plant combination had a good purification effect on high concentration of livestock wastewater: COD, TP and NH3-N decreased from 1 615 to 2 364, 33 to 71 and 115 to 224 mg / L respectively to 136 to 280 , 17 ~ 76,0.5 ~ 9.0mg / L, can reach the standard discharge. End of the cycle of the physiological indicators of normal plants, good growth conditions, the selection of barracuda and canna combined with the construction of constructed wetland not only has a good landscape effect, but also have a better purification of livestock waste water.
