随着我国加入WTO,广西在中国——东盟自由贸易区中的重要地位进一步确立,在国内外的知名度显著提高,以及广东广西合作成为广西参与泛珠三角区域经济合作的重点,经贸合作项目扩大,投资额大幅增加,大量外资企业入驻广西,对高职类国际商务型创新人才需求大幅增加。但目前广西高职类国际商务创新人才培养存在办学规模不能满足行业发展需要,办学条件不足,国际商务专业教师缺乏,课程设置不合理,国际商务专业人才培养的方向不清、专业定位模糊,实践性教学与实习基地建设滞后,学生实践能力薄弱等问题,严重制约着广西高等职业技术教育国际商务型创新人才培养。

However, at present, there are some problems in the cultivation of international business innovative talents in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, such as the scale of running schools can not meet the needs of the development of the industry, the lack of schooling conditions, the shortage of international business majors, the unrealistic curriculum, the unclear orientation of international business professionals, The construction of sex teaching and practice bases lags behind and students’ practical ability is weak, which severely restricts the training of innovative international business talents in higher vocational and technical education in Guangxi.
