目前,“找对象难”已成了某中学青年敎师“事业成功”的后顾之忧,也随着社会性的“大男大女”问题的日趋严重而愈来愈被人们所关注。最近,笔者就这个问题对邵阳市三所市直中学的五十二名青年敎师进行了调查,这些学校分处城中、近郊、远郊,学习、工作环境、交通方便程度均有很大的差别,敎师年龄在22～32岁之间,在学历、经济诸方面具有不同层次的代表性。在调查中,我们发现:明确表示“目前不想考虑婚恋问题”的占未婚敎师总数的22％,34％的人已有对象,44％的人想找而未找到,(其中有几个已滿了廿八岁),婚恋问题给这44％的人带来了不同程度上的苦恼。造成这种状况的原因主要有如下六点: At present, “finding a difficult target” has become a worry behind the “successful career” of a young high school teacher, and has drawn more and more attention as the social “big boys and elders” become more and more serious.
