2012年5月10日,黑龙江省政府隆重召开了全省社会养老服务体系建设和基层慈善工作现场会。会议传达了2012年全国社会养老服务体系建设工作(邯郸)会议精神,总结交流了各地经验,研究部署今后一个时期在全省开展“社会养老服务体系建设推进年”活动和加强基层慈善工作。民政部副部长窦玉沛出席会议并做了重要讲话。窦玉沛副部长指出:近年来,黑龙江省各级党委、政府和有关部门将社会养老服务体系建设和发展慈善事业作为保障和改善民生的重要举措,摆在工作突出位置,强力推进实施,取得了突出成绩。
