让孩子学会欣赏别人,特别是要欣赏对手,尊重对手,学会不要通过贬低别人来抬高自己。让孩子充分去了解自己,了解别人的长处,既不要用自己的长处与别人的短处相比,也不要用别人的长处与自己的短处相比。每个孩子都是不同的,每个孩子都是有优点的,每个人以后到社会上都会有不同的分工。不要鄙视任何一个人,要用平和的心态去接纳别人的观点,要用包容的心态去宽容别人。让
