新时期,对部队基层侵害士兵合法权益的现象进行认真研究,分析其原因,制定治理的方法,是部队基层保护士兵合法权益,提高部队战斗力不可忽视的一项重要工作。本文着重从部队基层经常出现的侵害士兵合法权益的现象进行分析,主要阐述在部队基层如何依法保护士兵的合法权益。主要内容有:一、部队基层侵害士兵合法权益的表现。二、解决部队基层侵害士兵合法权益的办法。
