目的为了减少药患纠纷,改善药患关系,提高药学服务质量。方法总结2007年7月~2012年6月间在“药患纠纷登记本”登记的药患纠纷共127例,将其归纳、分类,分析其发生原因并提出相应防范对策。结果与结论医院管理者应加强制度建设,制订应急措施;药学人员严格遵守操作规程,转变服务观念,加强与患者沟通,提高药学服务质量,防范药患纠纷发生。
Purpose To reduce drug disputes, improve drug-patient relationships and improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods A total of 127 cases of drug disputes between July 2007 and June 2012 were registered in the “Medical Records of Disputed Medicine Disputes”, and their causes were summarized and classified. Relevant preventive measures were put forward. Results and Conclusion Hospital administrators should strengthen system construction and formulate emergency measures. Pharmacologists strictly abide by operating rules, change their service concept, enhance communication with patients, improve the quality of pharmacy services and prevent drug disputes from occurring.
