目的:采用HPLC研究“丹参饮”中君药丹参与使药檀香合用前后水溶性成分丹参素在家兔体内组织分布的变化。方法:家兔分别灌服丹参单煎液和丹参-檀香合煎液,于30,50,70min取心、脑、肝、肾,以10%的高氯酸为蛋白沉淀剂,醋酸乙酯为萃取剂,4-羟基苯甲酸为内标,测定君药丹参中丹参素在各组织中的含量。结果:丹参素在心、脑、肝、肾中的达峰时间均接近50min。丹参单煎和丹参、檀香合煎给药50min后,对应组织中丹参素的平均浓度分别为:C肾>C心>C脑>C肝和C肾>C肝>C脑>C心,合煎给药后,心、脑、肝、肾各组织中丹参素含量均大于丹参单煎给药时的含量。结论:“丹参饮”中使药檀香可显著提高丹参素在靶器官的含量,从而增强君药丹参对心脑血管疾病的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the tissue distribution changes of Danshensu, a water-soluble component before and after administration of Salvia miltiorrhiza together with Salvia miltiorrhiza in Danshenyin, by HPLC. Methods: Rabbits were drenched with Danshen decoction and Salvia - sandalwood combined decoction, at 30,50,70 min coring, brain, liver and kidney, with 10% perchloric acid as a protein precipitating agent, ethyl acetate as Extractant, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid as an internal standard, the determination of Salvia Salvia in the content of each tissue. Results: Danshensu in the heart, brain, liver, kidney peak time are close to 50min. Salvia single decoction and Salvia, sandalwood combined with Jianfu 50min, the corresponding tissue Danshensu average concentrations were: C kidney> C heart> C brain> C liver and C kidney> C liver> C brain> C heart, and After decoction, the contents of Danshensu in heart, brain, liver and kidney tissues were all greater than that of Danshen decoction. Conclusion: “Danshen Yin ” make medicine sandalwood can significantly increase the content of danshensu in the target organ, thereby enhancing the monarch Salvia on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
