在分析了HaSNPV和EoSNPV多角体蛋白基因核苷酸序列的基础上,通过MALIGN程序,比较了目前已发表的26种杆状病毒包涵体蛋白的序列,HaSNPV与HzSNPV亲缘关系十分接近,两者aa序列同源性达97.6%,nt序列同源性达97.4%;EoSNPV与黄杉毒蛾核型多角体病毒(Op-SNPV)的同源性为最高,nt序列的同源性为83.0%,aa序列达94.7%,与其它20种鳞翅目NPV的同源性也很高,nt序列同源性为72.6%~81.9%,aa序列为83.7%~93.9%;与GV的同源性较低,为48.4%~54.9%;而与锯叶蜂核型多角体病毒(NsSNPV)的同源性为最低,仅44.9%。应用Clustal程序建立了一个包括了26种包涵体蛋白的系统树,确定了新测定的EoSNPV和HaSNPVPh在包涵体蛋白基因系统树中都属于NPV中的GroupⅡ分枝。
Based on the analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the polyhedrin genes of HaSNPV and EoSNPV, the sequences of 26 published baculovirus inclusion bodies were compared by MALIGN program. The genetic relationship between HaSNPV and HzSNPV was very close, The sequence homology was 97.6% and the sequence homology was 97.4%. The homology of EoSNPV with Op-SNPV was the highest, and the homology of nt sequence was 83.0% for aa, 94.7% for aa, and high homology with other 20 lepidopteran NPVs. The homologies of nt sequences were 72.6% -81.9% and aa sequences were 83%. 7% -93.9%. The homology with GV was low (48.4% -54.9%), while it was the lowest (44%) with the NsSNPV .9%. A phylogenetic tree consisting of 26 inclusion body proteins was constructed using the Clustal program and confirmed that the newly sequenced EoSNPV and HaSNPVPh belonged to Group II branches in NPV in the inclusion body protein phylogenetic tree.
