斯拉尼亚1921年生于波兰,2005年在瑞典辞世。1950年斯拉尼亚开始从事雕刻艺术,1956年移居瑞典三年后受聘瑞典国家邮政局,四十六年间,他为瑞典雕刻了大量邮票,并被授予瑞典皇家宫廷雕刻师的称号。
Slanjan was born in Poland in 1921 and died in Sweden in 2005. Slanjan began his career as a sculptor in 1950, moving to Sweden in 1956 after three years of employment with the Swedish State Post Office. In 46 years, he sculptured a large number of stamps in Sweden and was awarded the title of a Swedish royal court engraver.
