日前,森马服饰股份有限公司与靡丽虹服饰(上海)有限公司签订战略合作协议,将全面代理意大利美丽阁(Minconf Spa)公司童装品牌Sarabanda和M inibanda在中国境内的商铺推广、经销、促销以及销售业务。森马服饰股份有限公司常务副总裁、巴拉巴拉事业部总经理徐波将其归为森马多品牌战略的一部分,而这一动作的背后却是国内品牌争相代理国际高端童装大潮下,本土童装品牌所面临的差距和竞争。
