目的了解湖南省职业病防治机构人员现状,为有关部门职业病防治人才管理提供决策依据。方法在已建立的全省职业病防治机构基本信息管理系统中抽取有关人员资料,对人员数量、学历、专业、职称等指标采用趋势2检验进行统计分析。结果湖南省2006—2010年职业病防治机构人员年均数(1 231人)较2001—2005年年均数(1381人)有所减少。职业病防治机构人员的学历以专科和中专居多;专业构成以公共卫生和临床医疗为主;职称以初级和中级居多。结论湖南省职业病防治机构人员的学历、专业、职称结构有了一定的改善,但为适应职业病防治工作发展,仍需进一步优化。
Objective To understand the current situation of occupational disease prevention and control institutions in Hunan Province and provide decision-making basis for the management of occupational disease prevention and control personnel in relevant departments. Methods Based on the established basic information management system of occupational disease prevention and control institutions across the province, relevant personnel data were extracted and the trend 2 test was used to carry out statistical analysis on the number of personnel, education background, specialty and professional title. Results The annual average number of staff in prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in Hunan Province from 2006 to 2010 (1 231) decreased from the average of 2001 (2005) (1381). Occupational disease prevention and control institutions with academic qualifications and more specialized secondary schools; professional composition to public health and clinical medical-based; professional titles to the primary and intermediate majority. Conclusion The academic, professional and professional title structure of occupational disease prevention and control institutions in Hunan Province has been improved to some extent. However, in order to adapt to the development of occupational disease prevention and control work, further optimization is needed.
