在高原勘探用的柴油动力设备,由于空气稀薄,设备出力不足(海拔每升高1000米,功率下降10%左右),严重影响了勘探工作的顺利进行。柴油机的增压改革则是解决这一问题的良好途径。涡轮增压器是增压改革的重要部件,它依靠柴油机排出的废气驱动涡轮机,同轴带动压气机叶轮高速旋转,以较高的压力空气送入气缸,从而达到提高功率恢复设备出力的目的。我队工区地处甘南,在海拔3500米地区施工。发电站的柴油发电机组,设备输出功率仅为额定值的65%左右,75千瓦的发电机只能发出45千瓦的功率。
For diesel power equipment used in plateau exploration, due to thin air and insufficient equipment output (about 1,000 meters above sea level, the power drop is about 10%), which has seriously affected the smooth progress of exploration work. Supercharged diesel engine reform is a good way to solve this problem. Turbocharger is an important part of turbocharger reform. It relies on the exhaust gas emitted by diesel engines to drive the turbine, and drives the compressor impeller to rotate at high speed coaxially, sending air into the cylinder with higher pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of improving power recovery equipment output. Our team’s work area is located in Gannan and is constructed at an altitude of 3,500 meters. The diesel generator set of the power station, the output power of the equipment is only about 65% of the rated value, and the 75-kilowatt generator can only emit 45 kilowatts of power.
