本文以课堂教学模式研究入手,通过一年的工作实践研究,总结、提炼了1∶3的教学模式,详细介绍了1∶3教学模式的内涵,实施方式,创新实例及意义。1∶3教学模式不仅是一种理念教学模式,也是一个实际工作要求,它紧密围绕行动领域教学,在教学时间上对教师和学生做了要求和规划,减少教师的说教,增加学生的工作实施,改变教师课堂教学角色。真正实现中职教育的做中学,先做后学的教育理念。
