本文通过傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对大红袍和红花的吸收峰的峰强、峰形、峰位进行了对比研究。研究表明,大红袍和红花的红外光谱图极相似,在3427、2929、2029、1635、1083、642、529cm-1附近均有吸收峰出现且大红袍的强度强于红花,说明二者含有相同或相近的药物成分。根据光谱图看出,两种药物具有其各自的特征峰,这与二者的某些特有功效是相对应的。此外,大红袍为地方性药物,红花为中草药常见药物,此分析为药物大红袍的推广和应用提供了科学合理的依据。
In this paper, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) on the Dahongpao and saffron peak absorption peak, peak shape, peak position were compared. The results showed that the infrared spectra of Dahongpao and safflower were very similar. The absorption peaks appeared around 3427, 2929, 2029, 1635, 1083, 642 and 529cm-1 and the intensity of Dahongpao was stronger than safflower, Contains the same or similar drug ingredients. According to the spectrogram, the two drugs have their own characteristic peaks, which correspond to some of the peculiar effects of both. In addition, Dahongpao is a local drug, Safflower is a common drug for Chinese herbal medicine. This analysis provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the popularization and application of Dahongpao.
