武夷岩茶历史悠久,它以品质优异闻名中外。随着四化建设的需要,随着武夷山旅游事业的发展,目前武夷岩茶生产的现状,远不适应形势发展的需要。如何加速恢复和发民武夷岩茶生产的优势,为出口提供更多商品,并使武夷茶区群众尽快富裕起来,从而为我省现代化建设事业多做贡献,是急需探讨的一个突出问题。当然,造成目前这种停滞不前的原因是多方面的,如农村的政策多变,经济扶植不力,技术指导力量缺乏等等,但本文只从有关产制技术措施方面试行探讨,不妥之处请批评指正。
