本工作研究了由蓖麻油型聚氨酯及苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈的均聚物或共聚物组成的互穿网络物在室温条件下的合成规律。结果表明,过氧化苯甲酰和二甲基苯胺组成的引发剂是很有效的室温引发剂,当聚氨酯组成超过50%(重量比)时,互穿网络物呈现弹性体行为,在互穿网络物的生成过程中,线型聚合物及交联聚合物同时生成,然后前者完全转变成后者。 本工作合成的互穿网络物具有高强度,高弹性、耐冲磨及耐水解等特性。
In this work, we studied the synthesis of interpenetrating network composed of castor oil polyurethane and homopolymer or copolymer of styrene, methyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile at room temperature. The results show that the initiator of benzoyl peroxide and dimethylaniline is a very effective room temperature initiator. When the content of polyurethane is more than 50% by weight, the interpenetrating network material exhibits elastomeric behavior. In the interpenetrating network During the formation of the material, the linear polymer and the cross-linked polymer are simultaneously formed, and then the former is completely transformed into the latter. Interpenetrating networks synthesized in this work have the characteristics of high strength, high elasticity, abrasion resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
