我院用白芨粉末治疗结核性瘘管,初步观察其疗效良好,特报导如下: 本草纲目中记载白芨苦平无毒色白,性濇而收,得秋金之令,故能入肺止血,可以治疗肺部疾患,如肺脓疡,肺坏疽,肺结核等病,并有补肺,敛肺,止血的效能,且无毒性。结核性瘘管绝大多数是肺部有结核病变而继发的,也有极少数是由肺外结核继发来的,我们所观察的病例,多为周围淋巴结结核和肛门部的结核性瘘管,一例为骨关节结核手术后形成的瘘管。因此我们考虑白芨对肺部结核有疗效,对由肺部有结核病变继发所致的其他结核病变亦可能会有疗效的。
