通过国内外的钻井增压技术研究,到目前为止不论是地面增压钻井技术,还是井下增压钻井技术都存在着自身的不足,地面增压对钻井设备要求较高、钻井成本太高,井下增压的动力转换机构比较复杂,而且高压流道的布置也是比较有难度的,工作寿命低、可靠性能差、加工制作也有一定的困难,不断的制约着井下增压技术的向前发展,对于石油钻井的提速的有着较大的限制作用。文章提出了一种新的井下增压提升装置,利用现在应用比较成熟的螺杆钻具作为动力,通过特殊设计简化的螺旋换向机构,最后将螺杆钻具的旋转运动不断的转换为井下柱塞泵的轴向运动,成功的实现了对一部分少数钻井液的加压,从而从超高压喷嘴喷出,辅助钻头破碎岩石。
