迟发性尺神经炎神经根型颈椎病临床症状相似，极易误诊。现将经手术证实的5例迟发性尺神经炎长期被误诊为颈椎病分析报告如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料5例入院前均在外院误诊为颈椎病，且长期按颈椎病进行治疗而疗效不明显。其中男4例，女1例；年龄45～60岁。病程O．5年～3年。1
