中国房地产市场经过多年的高速增长之后,增速下降,市场开始出现分化趋势。未来中国房地产市场将改变过去的趋势性机会,形成一种结构性机会,使区域位置更显价值。房地产投资者必须从宏观、中观、微观三个层面考虑未来房地产投资的潜力所在。另外,随着中国经济的转型升级和中国居民消费结构的升级,居民对非传统住宅的需求将会增大,为房地产开发商带来新的机遇与挑战。因此,未来的房地产企业必须做好趋势判断,谨慎选投资,加强创新,实现多元化经营,以实现企业的可持续发展。
