10月,各大跨国公司纷纷启动面向2011届大学毕业生的校园招聘活动。10月11日,安利(中国)日用品有限公司走入中国人民大学,举办了管理培训生校园宣讲会,详细介绍安利管理培训生的招聘流程和职业前景。现场座无虚席,学生们热情参与。今年是安利连续第四年招聘管理培训生。此项目以培养公司未来领导者为目标,所有应聘者将经历简历筛选、个性特质在线测评、笔试、面试国际认可的英语测试(博思考试)等环节。
In October, major multinational corporations started the campus recruitment activities for 2011 college graduates. On October 11, Amway (China) Commodity Co., Ltd. walked into Renmin University of China and held a management lecture for management trainees on campus, detailing the recruitment process and career prospects of Amway management trainees. The scene was packed and the students enthusiastically participated. Amway this year is the fourth consecutive year of recruitment management trainee. This program aims to nurture the company’s future leaders. All candidates will undergo resume screening, online personality reviews, written exams, and internationally recognized interviews for English language tests (Boss exams).
