我国的石油企业不断发展,石油企业的生产技术水平的提升速度极快,逐步追上了世界发展水平的脚步。1995年,随着石油技术的不断提升,我国已步入石油出口大国的行列。生产石油的任务重,压力大。又因为我国具有特殊性的地质和地形,所以,石油的生产对于我国来说可以是是一种机遇,抑或是一种挑战。对此,我国政府及有关部门十分关注高含水油田开发的技术开发与研究,也有许多相关制度及经济政策出台,来应对高含水期开发的相关技术研究。目前,在石油发的过程中,仍然遇到了一些不能够满足生产需要的不足、弊端。所以,需要对高含水期的油田进行开发时于遇到的问题加以解决,实施有效措施。
