我们人类的骨骼在娘胎里就开始生长发育，至20岁左右基本发育成熟，骨骼就不再生长了。但从成年到55岁左右，我们骨骼的新陈代谢处于基本平衡的状态，一般人不容易引发严重的关节疾病。但是，55岁以后，70％以上的人会发生骨关节病变，这是为什么呢?
