目的通过正交试验优化五味子滴丸的成型工艺。方法以滴丸的溶散时限、圆整度及丸重差异等作为综合评定指标,优选出滴丸成型工艺。结果五味子滴丸制备过程的最佳工艺条件为:以PEG4000-PEG6000(1:1)为基质,药物-基质1:4配比,料温85℃,二甲基硅油为冷却剂,冷却液温度10℃为最佳条件。结论该成型工艺成品率高,符合滴丸的质量要求,可用于五味子滴丸制备。
Objective To optimize the forming process of Schisandra chinensis pills by orthogonal experiment. Methods Taking the dropping time, the roundness and the differences of pills and weights of dropping pills as the comprehensive evaluation indexes, the dropping pills molding process was optimized. Results The optimum conditions for the preparation of Schisandra chinensis pills were: PEG4000-PEG6000 (1: 1) as matrix, drug-matrix 1: 4 ratio, temperature 85 ℃, dimethylsilicone as coolant, 10 ℃ for the best conditions. Conclusion The molding process yield, in line with the quality requirements of dripping pills, can be used for the preparation of Schisandra pills.
