目的通过进行中期妊娠胎儿筛畸检查,探索四维彩超在临床应用价值。方法通过四维彩超检查685例门诊或住院孕妇,使用仪器美国GE730,探头频率3.5 MHz,按照Ⅲ级产前超声检查要求进行检查。结果确诊胎儿发育畸形9例,均经上级医院检查或引产证实。并有部分孕妇归类需定期复查。结论四维彩超是产前胎儿畸形筛查的重要检查方法 ,是减少缺陷儿出生,提高人口素质的一个重要方面,在产科诊断中有重要的临床价值。但基层医院开展四维彩超检查,由于条件与技术原因,存在着很大风险,需更换清晰分辨力高的先进仪器;开展影像网络,加强学习,提高业务水平;在中期妊娠检查未发现畸形时,晚期妊娠彩超检查时不能麻痹大意,应认真细心,以防漏诊。选择最佳检查时机与规范操作,熟练的技巧,提高诊断正确率,减少漏诊,至关重要。
Objective To investigate the application of four-dimensional ultrasonography in the screening of fetus screening in the second trimester of pregnancy.
