承包人将管理费作为施工成本的一部分,当删减合同约定工作发生时,将不可避免地影响工程造价费用中的施工成本。对删减合同约定工作引起的管理费的变化进行研究,能够有效地改善该事件引起的工程纠纷。在工程项目管理领域中,真正结合删减合同约定工作的补偿原因、方式、准则的管理费研究较为少见。因此,基于13清单规范,通过文献和国家现行法规,阐明删减合同约定工作引起管理费补偿原因及损失补偿机理,以供实际参考。
