本文通过对脉冲闪焊工艺技术、补焊层材料选择、补焊层性能的试验研究,表明脉冲闪焊修补层与基体结合良好,对基体的热输入及热影响很小。该技术已成功地应用于我公司生产的300MW 汽轮发电机轴颈碰伤后的修复上。
In this paper, the pulse flashover process technology, the selection of the filler metal material and the performance of the filler metal layer are studied. It shows that the pulse flashover repair layer is well bonded with the substrate and has little influence on the heat input and heat of the substrate. The technology has been successfully applied to my company produced 300MW turbine generator journal pin injury repair.
