在316L不锈钢表面进行常规化学镀及超声辅助化学镀Ni-P合金,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等手段对两种条件下获得的镀层表面形貌及成分进行了表征;对比分析了热处理前后两种镀层的硬度;通过测试不锈钢镀层在盐酸中的电化学行为,分析了镀层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,加超声辅助后获得的镀层较常规化学镀硬度高,表面均匀性、平整度更好且耐蚀性能明显提高。
Conventional electroless plating and ultrasonic-assisted electroless Ni-P alloy plating on the surface of 316L stainless steel were carried out to characterize the morphology and composition of the coatings obtained by the two conditions by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) The hardness of the two coatings before and after the heat treatment was compared and analyzed. The corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by measuring the electrochemical behavior of the stainless steel coating in hydrochloric acid. The results show that the coating obtained by adding ultrasonic assisted plating has higher hardness than conventional electroless plating, better surface uniformity, flatness and corrosion resistance.
