近几年来,基德克里克矿每年大约用200万 t 废石胶结充填30多个采场。此种充填法在维持岩石稳定、最大限度回收矿石中起到了重要作用。该矿的充填料组成是粗骨料、硅酸盐水泥与粉煤灰(渣灰)混制的胶结剂。为了填满粗料间的空隙,偶而也在胶结剂中加些砂子。回收矿柱时,爆破震动对充填体稳固性的影响.已被详细记录研究。本文介绍这些研究数据。从现场实际测得的成果,对研究暴露的(非六面封闭)充填体稳定性是有参考价值的。
In recent years, the Kidd Creek Mine has used about 2 million tons of waste rock cements to fill more than 30 stopes each year. This filling method plays an important role in maintaining rock stability and maximizing ore recovery. The mine’s filler material composition is coarse aggregate, Portland cement and fly ash (slag ash) mixed cement. In order to fill the gap between the coarse material, occasionally add some sand in the cement. The effect of blasting vibration on the stability of the packings when recovering ore pillars has been documented in detail. This article describes these research data. The actual measured results from the field have a reference value for the study of the stability of the exposed (non-hexahedral closed) filling body.
