音乐作为民族文化主要的构成要素,属于我国民族的瑰宝。从音乐教育实际情况来看,必须要从小学就开始着重进行主抓,不过从农村小学音乐的教育现状来看,出现了非常多的问题和不足,受到来自外部和内部因素的影响,使得城市和农村之间发展非常不均衡。农村很多地区的音乐教育止步不前,同综合素质的要求具有非常大的差距。因此就必须要注重发展落后的农村音乐教育,加大资金投入,强化对于农村老师素质的培养和提升,改良农村的办学条件。本文农村小学音乐教学现状入手,提出具体的改良农村小学音乐教育的手段和措施。
