“十一五”时期,国家把发展职业教育摆在突出的位置,提出了大力推行工学结合的人才培养模式和职业教育的人才培养目标。明确指出职业教育“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”。把我国高等职业教育的培养目标定位为“适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,德智体美全面发展的高等技术应用性人才”。但现实中,毕业生走向工作岗位以后,普遍遇到的最大困惑是在行为习惯、综合素质等方面难以适应企业的要求,本文在充分了解企业需求和学生在校的现状的基础上,从内化和外化两个阶段深感在校期间教育和训练的重要性,并在教育管理实践中探索了具体方法和措施。力求达到学生行为习惯和企业要求的基本一致。
