肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)及其受体(Met)在组织的发育、再生和体内平衡中发挥着重要的作用,该信号通路传导异常可以正负双向调节多种疾病的发生和发展。目前,基于HGF/Met通路在生理和病理上的重要作用,HGF及其受体Met已成为新药发现的重要靶点,如在肿瘤的治疗中选择性的Met抑制剂是靶向治疗的热点,在心脑血管疾病中HGF类似物或者Met激活剂的研究也进展较快。本文主要对HGF及其受体Met在肿瘤和心脑血管疾病治疗领域的研究进展进行综述。
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor (Met) play an important role in the development, regeneration and homeostasis of tissues. The abnormality of signal transduction pathway can regulate the occurrence of multiple diseases in both positive and negative directions and development of. Currently, based on the important physiological and pathological role of HGF / Met pathway, HGF and its receptor Met have become important targets for the discovery of new drugs. For example, selective Met inhibitors in the treatment of cancer are hot targets for targeted therapy, Studies of HGF analogs or Met activators have also progressed rapidly in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This review summarizes the research progress of HGF and its receptor Met in the field of tumor and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
