一、消毒剂应用消毒剂可以杀灭病原菌,因而可以防止疾病的传染。消毒剂又称杀菌剂。杀灭细菌的作用是取决于下述各种因素:(1)消毒剂的浓度:消毒剂的浓度愈大,杀菌所需的时间愈短,但将浓度增加一倍并不能缩短消毒时间的一半。(2)消毒剂与细菌所接触的时间:这个因素虽因其他因素例如温度、浓度而改变,但是有些消毒剂,如能与细菌有充分时间接触,可以发挥很大的杀菌能力。例如升汞与细菌接触长时间,虽用极稀浓度(1:400,000)亦可发生杀
