近两年,浙江省平湖市总工会针对该市小微企业多、规模小,职工流动性大、队伍不稳定,劳资纠纷时有发生的特点,以组织实施区域性工资集体协商作为突破口,在非公有制小微企业、劳动密集型企业集中的镇(街道)、村(社区)和工业园区建立区域性小微企业工资协商机制,收到了显著的效果。截止到2016年9月底,全市签订区域性小微企业工资集体协商合同154份,覆盖企业2991家,覆盖职工71246人。区域性小微企业工资集体协商被全国总工会列入全国典型案例。
In the past two years, the General Trade Union of Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, aimed at breaking through the collective bargaining of regional wages in light of the small and micro enterprises in the city with small scale, large staff turnover, unstable teams and labor disputes. Non-public-owned small and micro-enterprises, towns (streets), villages (communities) and industrial parks where labor-intensive enterprises are concentrated establish a regional small and micro enterprise wage consultation mechanism and have received remarkable results. As of the end of September 2016, the city signed 154 collective bargaining contracts for small and micro enterprises in the region, covering 2991 enterprises and covering 71246 employees. Regional small and micro enterprise wage collective bargaining by the National Federation of Trade Unions included in the typical case.
