“啪啪啪”的掌声,“五角星”“小红花”等作为某种表扬方式,在课堂教学中出现频率很高,但很多学生熟视无睹,学习热情并未因此高涨起来。原因何在?我认为,学生需要的不仅仅是此类外在肯定或物质奖励,他们需要赏识——源于教师内心的理解、认可、尊重、信任、赞赏、激励、提醒。课堂教学渴望赏识。让赏识走进课堂,掌握并尊重学生生命成长规律,赏识学生成长过程的每一步,理应是教师的职责之一。

Why? In my opinion, students need more than just such external affirmations or material rewards. They need to appreciate - they come from teachers’ inner comprehension, recognition, respect, trust, appreciation, motivation and reminder. Classroom teaching eager to appreciate. To appreciate into the classroom, master and respect the laws of student life growth, to appreciate the students every step of the process of growth, should be one of the duties of teachers.
