唐代是中国历史上的繁荣昌盛时期,有一套适合中国国情的治理国家的经验,人事管理制度是这些经验的基本一环。研究唐代人事管理的经验教训对建设具有中国特色的现代化人事制度是大有裨益的。本文拟就近十近来唐代人事制度的研究作一述评。 对唐代人事制度的研究,一直是一个薄弱环节,1949——1979年的30年间各地刊物仅发表有关论文60余篇,而近十年来研究发展迅速,研究已相当广泛、深入,发表论文近160篇,不仅数量增加,而且挖掘新史料,运用了敦煌吐鲁番出土的文书资料,质量较高,提出了不少新的观点,研究范围扩大,开拓了一些新的领域,几乎涉及到了唐代人事管理制度的各个具体环节。张国刚《唐代官制》(三秦出版社,1987年版)、王仲荦《隋唐五代史》(上海人民出版社,1986年6月版)、姚澄宇的《唐朝文官制度》
The Tang Dynasty was a prosperous period in Chinese history, with a set of experiences that governed the country in line with China’s national conditions. The personnel administration system is an essential part of these experiences. Studying the experiences and lessons of personnel management in the Tang Dynasty is of great help to the construction of a modern personnel system with Chinese characteristics. This article intends to make a comment on the research on the personnel system in the Tang Dynasty in recent ten years. The research on the personnel system in the Tang Dynasty has always been a weak link. Over the 30 years from 1949 to 1979, only about 60 papers have been published in the journals, and the research in the past decade has been rapid. The research has been quite extensive and in-depth. 160 articles not only increased in quantity, but also dug new historical materials and made use of documents and documents unearthed in Dunhuang and Turfan. With high quality, many new ideas were put forward. The scope of the study was expanded and some new areas were opened up, involving almost all the personnel Management system of the various specific links.
