近年来,在水电站管理体制不断完善发展的过过程中,管理水平和职工素质得到了很大的提高。但是也有部分职工思想政治观念落后、工作力度不够、工作方法不完善,导致缺乏能动性和积极性,直接影响了工作效率和企业现代化发展的进度。探讨水电站职工的思想政治工作的新思路,制定切实可行的整改措施和对策,为企业发展注入新鲜的思想活力责任重大,意义深远。本文首先对水电站职工思想政治工作中的问题进行分析归纳,进而提出创新提高思想政治工作的措施和策略。
In recent years, the management level and the quality of staff and workers have been greatly improved in the continuous improvement and development of the hydropower station management system. However, some workers also lag behind in their ideological and political concepts, they did not do enough work and their working methods were not perfect, which led to a lack of initiative and enthusiasm, which directly affected the work efficiency and the progress of the enterprise’s modernization. It is of great significance and far-reaching significance to discuss new ideas of ideological and political work for workers and staff in hydropower station, to formulate feasible rectification measures and countermeasures, and to inject fresh ideas and vitality into the development of the enterprise. This paper first analyzes the problems in the ideological and political work of workers and staff in hydropower station, and then puts forward the measures and tactics of innovation to improve ideological and political work.
