This article is the continuation of the keynote speech and comment made by the author at the Network Security Strategy Technology Forum of Beijing Petrochemical Industry on March 22, 2011 and also the forum of the Shanghai Security Strategy and Technology Forum on Petrochemical Industry on August 22, 2011 An overview of keynote presentations and comments made. This article tries hard to explore the latest industrial automation from the perspective of the latest technology - networked control system and its safety issues in order to provide people with some trend information.
