我矿的原矿运输是采用1.5吨电机车两台,每台拉10个U型矿斗。窿内为人工放矿,选厂为人工倒矿。每班运输放矿、倒矿定员6人。每一列车矿石(电机车牵引),放矿时间14分46秒,运行18分51秒,倒矿8分28秒。自改为牵引挂钩卸矿以后,每班定员为3人,节约劳动力一半,电机车运行率提高30%以上。卸矿强度大为减低,以前要两个强劳动力才能卸矿,现在只用一人,不论强弱劳动力均可。倒矿效率提高一倍。
