试验研究甘蔗酒精废液的施用对甘蔗农艺性状的影响机理。结果表明,酒精废液的施用:(1)降低了甘蔗的发芽率,与CK1和CK2相比,处理75t和105t分别达到了显著和极显著水平;(2)提高了甘蔗的分蘖率,其中处理75t与CK1相比达到了显著水平;(3)综合起来,酒精废液处理的甘蔗总苗数还有所提高,但处理间不显著;(4)另外,酒精废液的施用降低了甘蔗十月份的株高;(5)各处理的茎径都比CK1的大,75t处理的茎径大于CK2,但十月份的株高和茎径各处理间都没有达到显著水平。各处理的甘蔗出苗率与施肥处理后土壤有效Cu和Cl-含量呈显著负相关;分蘖率与土壤NO3--N、胡敏酸含量呈显著正相关;总苗数与土壤胡敏酸含量呈显著正相关;株高与NO3--N、土壤胡敏酸和有效Cu含量分别呈显著和极显著负相关。说明土壤NO3--N、胡敏酸、有效Cu、Cl-在甘蔗出苗、分蘖和生长中分别起到了关键性的作用。
