美国罗门哈斯农化投资控股有限公司与江苏宝灵化工股份有限公司共同投资兴建的公司——南通罗门哈斯化工有限公司近日在南通港闸经济开发区举行了工厂的奠基仪式。该合资公司于1998年11月被批准成立,总投资1500万美元,合资经营期限50年,其中罗门哈斯占82%股份,其余由江苏宝灵公司拥有。新工厂预计将于2000年年底正式投产。该合资企业将主要生产经营在国内外
The Nantong Rohm and Haas Chemical Co., Ltd., a company jointly invested and established by Rohm and Haas Agrochemical Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Baoling Chemical Co., Ltd., recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the factory in Nantong Gangzha Economic Development Zone. The joint venture was approved for establishment in November 1998 with a total investment of US$15 million and a joint venture period of 50 years, of which Rohm and Haas accounted for 82% of the shares, and the rest was owned by Jiangsu Bowing. The new plant is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of 2000. The joint venture will mainly produce and operate at home and abroad
