仪征化纤股份有限公司对化工厂PTA装置进行改造,使产量增加20%,年产达30万吨。仪化三期工程建设的PTA装置,原设计为年产25万吨。经过运行实验,仪化摸索出了增容改造的经验,并决定在工艺流程不变、产品质量不变和原材枓、公用工程单耗基本不变的基础上,对装置进行增容改造,总费用控制为6000万元。目前,仪化PTA装置增容改造全部完成,改造费用比计划节约300万元,即每一吨PTA只需投入1100元。11月中旬,仪化公司组织工艺、设器、电仪考核组对装置进行全面考核,产、质、耗均达到要求,产品合格率为100%。

At present, the capacity expansion of the instrumentation PTA device has been completely completed, and the cost of the transformation has been saved by 3 million yuan compared to the plan, that is, only 1100 yuan will be invested for each ton of PTA. In mid-November, Yihua Company organized the process, equipment, and electric instrument assessment team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the device. The production, quality, and consumption all met the requirements. The product qualification rate was 100%.
